Lamb and Goat's Cheese Boiger

- 200g lean minced lamb
- 10g goat's cheese
- Large handful of spinach, ripped
- A few mushrooms, diced
- 2 nice bread rolls
Directions
- Mix the lamb, cheese, spinach and mushrooms in a bowl. Shape into two boiger shapes.
- Fry or grill on each side for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve in the burger buns!
