Kristen's Breakfast Shake
This is a great shake when you have little time, but are looking for a healthy way to start the day. And it only has 286 Claories...the perfect breakfast!! Ingredients
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup plain, no-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawverries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop, low calorie, whey protien
Directions
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
