Kreplach Cheese Potato Filling
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. Pot cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Egg Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Lightly brown the onions in the butter. Add in the potatoes, cheese, salt, pepper and egg, beating till smooth. Place in squares of dough.
- Serve kreplach with lowfat sour cream.
