Kielbasa And Red Cabbage Skillet
- 1 x Apple -- peeled/cored/diced
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 sm Onion
- 1 sm Head
- 1/2 c. Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 x -1 lb.
- 1 x Apple, with skin -- cored/in Wedges Red cabbage -- shredded Kielbasa -- in 2" pcs
- In 10" skillet, over Medium heat, in warm margarine, cook onion till tender. stir occasionally. Add in diced apple, cabbage, apple juice, sugar, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to Low.
- Cove and simmer for 15 min. Stir occasionally. Add in Kielbasa. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 min till heated. Add in unpeeled apple to mix. Heat through.
