  • Kids' Recipes: Roll Ups (Lacto)

    Ingredients

    • 1 x Fatfree flour tortillas or possibly Armenian flat bread
    • 1 x Fatfree luncheon slices, (veggie ones available at Health food stores)
    • 1 x Fatfree cream cheese and/or possibly Fatfree mayo and/or possibly mustard
    • 1 x Lettuce and/or possibly sprouts
    • 1 x Tomato slices
    • 1 x Pickled or possibly fresh pepper Slices

    Directions

    1. Spread a dressing on the tortilla, top with you favorite toppings, not too thick or possibly it will not roll. Roll up, wrap and take to lunch.
    2. Or possibly, roll up a bunch, then carefully slice about 1 1/2 inch thick, place on a lettuce lined platter and serve as party food.
    3. Sweet version-
    4. tortilla, ff cream cheese, and jam or possibly fruit butter.
