Key Lime Pie

- 4 large egg yolks
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In large bowl, beat the egg yolks for 1 minute
- Add sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 the lime juice
- Whisk until blended
- Add remaining lime juice and all of the lime zest
- Mix together
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Let pie cool completely
- Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy
- Spread over pie
