Kansas City Rib Rub
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Cane sugar
- 1/3 c. Paprika
- 1/4 c. Seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. Garlic salt
- 1/4 c. Celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. Onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. Barbecue seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Chili seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon pepper
- 2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Rub the ingredients liberally over the ribs. Let the ribs stand at room temperature for up to 15 min. Store the rub in an airtight container in a cold place.
- Yield: 2 1/2 c.
