Kangkong with Garlic and Olive oil

- 1 bunches Kangkong leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
- canola oil
Directions
- Saute garlic in canola oil
- Stir in the kangkong stalks and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add the leaves and keep stir frying the veggies.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil
