Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. kalamata olives, seeded
  • 2 bn fresh basil
  • 1/4 c. feta or possibly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. pine nuts
  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine the olives, basil, cheese and pine nuts in a blender or possibly food processor container.
  2. Add in the extra virgin olive oil in a fine stream, processing constantly till of the desired consistency.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a covered container.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
