Jalapeño Minted Coleslaw

- 1 16 Oz Bag Coleslaw mix
- 1 Jalapeño Chopped
- 3 Scallions Chopped
- 6 Fresh mint leaves chiffonade
- 1/4 C Greek yogurt
- 2/3 C Hellmans Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbl Milk
- 1/4 Tsp Sirachia sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Directions
- Rinse coleslaw mix and spin dry add to a large mixing bowl
- Place jalapeños , scallions, yogurt , mayonnaise , vinegar, milk, sirachia sauce, sugar, salt and pepper into a blender or food processor and pulse till well combined
- Add sauce and chiffonade mint leaves to the cole slaw
- Mix well
- Chili and serve
