  • Italian Stuffed Meat Loaf From Loren Martin

    Ingredients

    • 10 lb Grnd turkey, chicken, or possibly Beef
    • 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 5 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
    • 3 pkt StoveTop stuffing mix
    • 1 can Tomato sauce, 29 ounce
    • 1 can Diced tomatoes & green chili
    • 2 can Spaghetti sauce, 26.5 ounce
    • 6 tsp Dry dill
    • 2 tsp Dry tarragon
    • 6 tsp Dry basil
    • 5 tsp Dry oregano
    • 6 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
    • 3 x Onions, diced
    • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 4 tsp Garlic pepper
    • 6 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 x Diced zucchini squash
    • 1 can Pitted olives
    • 2 can Mushrooms

    Directions

    1. Mix grnd meat, stuffing mixes, 1 can spaghetti sauce, minced onions, parmesan cheese, Large eggs, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, dill, tarragon, diced tomatoes with green chilies, horseradish, garlic pepper, and tomato sauce. Put half of mix into greased roasting pan. Combine zucchini squash, mushrooms, olives and half of mozzarella cheese into a mix and place on top of meat mix. Place other half of reserved meat mix on top ofstuffing-filled bottom and seal edges. Add in remainder of shredded mozzarella cheese and second can of spaghetti sauce to top and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hour, or possibly till done. Add in extra mozzarella cheese and sliced olives to top of loaf before serving!
