italian sauce

My mum is a professinol cook and this is one of her favourite dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garled finally choppped
  • 1 large onlon finally sliced
  • 500 g of mince meat
  • 6 tins of chopped tomatoes blended
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Oregano
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of penne pasta

Directions

  1. Add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil in to a sauce pan and add the chopped garlic, sliced onions and mince meat till golden
  2. Brown , then add the chopped tomatoes, oregano , salt and pepper for seasoning then leave
  3. To simmer till the sauce become nice and thick
  4. For the pasta
  5. Boil the water in to a large pan and add the pasta till it cooked and then
  6. Drain the pasta
