  • Italian Pasta E' Fagioli Pasta And Bean Soup

    Ingredients

    • OLIVE GARDEN
    • 3 tsp Oil
    • 2 lb Grnd beef
    • 12 ounce Onion, minced
    • 14 ounce Carrots, slivered
    • 14 ounce Celery, diced
    • 48 ounce Tomatoes, canned, diced
    • 2 c. Red Kidney beans
    • 2 c. White kidney beans
    • 88 ounce Beef stock
    • 3 tsp Oregano
    • 2 1/2 tsp Pepper
    • 5 tsp Parsley, (fresh minced)
    • 1 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
    • 48 ounce Spaghetti sauce Shell macaroni, or possibly other

    Directions

    1. Saute/fry beef in oil in large 10-quart. pot till beef starts to brown. Add in onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 min. Drain and rinse beans and add in to the pot. Also add in beef stock, oregano, pepper, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce, and noodles. Simmer till celery and carrots are tender, about 45 min.
