Italian Green Beans
Very simple and fresh dish - served best family style with your favorite pasta or sausage. Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Water
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Soak Fresh Green Beans in cold water for 15-30 minutes.
- In a large sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium flame. Add finely chopped garlic while oil is still heating. Saute for about 1 minute - don't over cook or burn garlic.
- Add drained green beans and pan fry for 3-5 minutes. Add water and continue to cook, uncovered, for another 3 minutes.
- Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
