Italian Chicken Stew
Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked cubed Chicken
- 1 can 32 ounce Tomato Juice
- 1 c. shredded Cabbage
- 1 c. diced Carrots
- 1/2 c. Corn
- 2 Tbsp. Onion
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Oregaon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish.
- Cover and cook on high for 8-10 min. Stir
- Microwave on med for 1 hour. Or possibly till veggies are soft.
