  • Italian Chicken And Vegetables (Lowwfat Packet Meal)

    Ingredients

    • 2 sht Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil (12x18-inches each)
    • 2 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    • 2/3 c. fat-free Italian dressing
    • 1 tsp dry basil
    • 2 c. frzn broccoli cauliflower and carrots
    • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. PREHEAT oven to 450 F or possibly grill to medium-high.
    2. CENTER one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Pour Italian dressing over chicken; sprinkle with basil. Arrange vegetables on top of chicken.
    3. BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
    4. BAKE 20 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in oven Or possibly GRILL 12 to 14 min in covered grill. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    5. Serve over warm cooked ruffles pasta.
