Italian Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
- 2 lb Beef Stew Meat, cubed
- 4 med Carrots
- 1 c. Water
- 4 med Potatoes
- 2 med Onions Oil, for cooking
- 1 x Beef Bouillon Cubes
Directions
- Brown meat in oil. Add in sauce and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut into quarters.
- Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water.
- Add in water and vegetables to stew. Cover and simmer for 30 min more.
