Irene's Squash Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 x Yellow squash, minced, cooked and liquid removed
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Cracker crumbs Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp. Celery, minced Grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Cracker crumbs for topping
Directions
- Heat butter in casserole. Mix ingredients and put inn casserole. Sprinkle with extra crumbs. Bake at 400 for 30-40 min.
