- 1 lb. pork, with a little fat is good for more flavor
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tbs pepper corns
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 quartered potatoes, optional
- dash of paprika
- salt to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and slow cook it until the pork is tender. Mixing occasionally.
- Serve with hot steamed rice.
