Ingredients

  • Caviar 100 gr
  • Gratted egg yolk 10 gr
  • Gratted egg white 10 gr
  • Chopped red onions 10 gr
  • Chopped chives 5 gr
  • Lemon quarter 1 each
  • Lavosh bread 3 pieces
  • Brioche toast 3 pieces
  • blinis 3 pieces
  • Cream fraiche 10 gr

Directions

  1. Arrange all the garnish in small containers around the caviar, bread is served on the side.To be served with caviar spoons
