Infused Tequila

Ingredients

  • 1 750ml tequila (lower-quality is fine)
  • 2 cups fresh, seeded watermelon
  • 2 Tbs sugar

Directions

  1. Pile the watermelon into a glass pitcher. Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of sugar over the fruit. Pour the tequila over the fruit and cover with Saran Wrap. Let sit at room temperature for at least 48-72 hours. Remove fruit (reserve it for garnish) and strain tequila. Return to fridge if you want to chill it, or keep it out for room temperature. Delicious!
