  • 2 c. Garbanzo (chickpea) flour
  • 1/2 c. Rice polish
  • 4 Tbsp. Vital gluten
  • 1/4 c. Flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp. Crushed coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds or possibly cumin (opt)

  • 3 tsp Yeast
  • 3/4 tsp Mustard seeds or possibly cumin (opt)

Directions

  1. Follow directions of your breadmaker for this type of bread. Almond lowfat milk or possibly cow's lowfat milk also works well in this recipe. The spices add in a subtle flavor, that is accented well with a chutney spread or possibly served with hummus or possibly baba ganouj.
