Ingredients

  • 1 can Fruit Pie Filling 16oz
  • 1 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. Veg. oil
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3/4 c. Water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 . Mix together the Bisquick, oil, egg and water.
  2. Pourthe resulting batter into a 9" pie plate. Pour pie filling into the centerof the batter. Bake for 45 to 50 min. Good eaten hot topped with icecream.
