Ingredients

  • 1 c. Cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 c. Minced zucchini
  • 1 c. Minced tomato
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick Original baking Mix
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease 9" pie plate. Mix chicken, veggies, and cheese and spoon proportionately into pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in the blender on high speed or possibly 1 minute with wire whisk - till smooth. Pour proportionately over chicken mix. Bake about 35 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min before cutting.
