- Carbonzo beans
- Tihini paste
- Lemon juice
- Garlic
- Black or white pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
Directions
- Drain 2cans of carbonzo beans in a strainer,place in a food processor or a blender add 1/2 cup lemon juice,1/2 cup tihini paste,1 clove garlic crushed add to ingredients2tea spoon pepper,2 1/2 tea spoon salt.2cups pure olive oil. Mix in blender until smooth if mixture gets a bit thick you may add desire amount of olive oil or water until smooth. Let cool and serve.
