Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 c. thawed minced frzn spinach
- 1 1/2 c. thawed minced frzn artichoke hearts
- 6 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
Directions
- Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 c. of water till tender and drain. Throw away liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or possibly till warm and soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve warm.
- This recipe yields 1 batch.
