Hot Smoked Portobello Pizza With Goat Cheese And Green Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 x Portabello mushrooms stems removed
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Baby spinach
- 1/4 c. Basil
- 1 tsp Tarragon leaves
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Capers
- 2 x Garlic cloves roasted
- 2 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounce Coach Farms goat cheese sliced thin
Directions
- Prepare smoker. Rub mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Warm smoke for 10 min. Puree all sauce ingredients. Spoon over mushrooms. Add in slices of cheese, a little more sauce and smoke for 5 more min.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
