Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 CUPS FRESHLY GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE (7 OZ.)
  • 2 (15 OZ.) CANS CUT ASPARAGUS SPEARS, DRAINED
  • 1 1/2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
  • PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

  1. GRATE (CHOP) CHEESE IN FOOD PROCESSOR.
  2. ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS UNTIL BLENDED
  3. POUR INTO BAKING DISH AND BAKE FOR 20-30 MINUTES AT
  4. 350 DEGREES, OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWN AND BUBBLING. SERVE HOT WITH CRACKERS OR LARGE CORN CHIPS
