Hot Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 14 ounce. can artichoke hearts (not marinated type) liquid removed
- 1 pkg. onion or possibly leek soup mix
Directions
- Chop artichoke hearts into small pcs. Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix well. Pour into baking dish or possibly 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly about 30 min. Serve with large corn chips, crackers or possibly small pcs of dark bread.
