Ingredients

  • 1 c. Ketchup
  • 1 c. Chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Warm Chinese chili paste-optl
  • 2 tsp Warm pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Makes 3 c. This is a good marinadefor ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin and pork roasts such as loin and butt.* Chinese chili paste is available in oriental and specialty food stores.
