My choice is always to use apple cider vinegar but you can use any flavoured vinegar to make this honey salad dressing.

I am extremely flexible which is due to a number of factors. The one is genetics which I have no control over. And the other is regular exercise and stretching. I have done some form of exercise since I was three and started ballet lessons. This was to correct an orthopaedic issue and I can admit to not being the most dainty ballet dancer anyone has ever seen. I moved on to modern dance and then yoga in my teens. And started weight training and cardio classes when I was in my last year of school. I have gone from training seven days a week to only four days now that I am in my fifties, but regardless I stretch every single day. This is because I have spinal issues and I need to keep myself limber.

Yesterday I bent down to get something out of a box that is sitting on the floor and I pulled my lower back. The first thing I did was gingerly make my way to my chair and sit down. And then I swallowed two anti-inflammatories. I applied heat to my lower back before heading out for my weekly walk. Anyone who knows me would have laughed to see me ambling along instead of bustling my way through the Mall. I applied an anti-inflammatory gel to my lower back as soon as I had purchased some. And then headed off for a massage. I took my trust Traumeel with me, and Nadia added some wintergreen to the mix. After she pummeled me I did very little other than sit on the couch with a heated bean bag. Another two pills before bedtime and a good night’s sleep and my back felt 80 percent better this morning.
