Honey 'N' Oats Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2-lb. loaf
- 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 x egg
- 1 1/2 c. bread whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp bread machine yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer's directions, select wheat setting, light crust, and press start.
- After cycle ends, remove bread to a cooling rack. Cold 1 hour before slicing.
