Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Delicious dressing for spinach and other greens.

Ingredients

3/4 cup pure olive oil, or mix half extra virgin with veggie oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a container with a top and shake well.
