Honey Fried Chicken Strips
Ingredients
- 2 whl large chicken breast (double D's we call 'em)
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Parsley
Directions
- Cut chicken lengthwise in one inch strips. In lg bowl mix flour, lowfat milk, honey, lemon-pepper, salt and parsley(minced). Stir in chicken. Heat one inch canola oil to 325 over high heat (5qt pan). Fry chicken about 5 min, drain on paper towels. 4 servings, 245 cals
