Honey Citrus Broiled Salmon
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 4 x salmon steaks (6-oz) ( 3/4 inches thick)
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, juice, honey, fresh ginger and red pepper. Reserve 1 Tbsp. marinade; set aside. Pour remaining marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add in salmon to bag; turn to coat and let stand at room temperature 5 min. Heat broiler. Coat cooking rack with cooking spray. Remove salmon and reserve marinade in bag. Broil salmon 4 min; turn and brush with marinade from bag. Broil 3 to 5 min or possibly till just barely opaque at center. Transfer to serving plates. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. reserved marinade from bowl.
