Homemade Oreo Cookie Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. crushed Oreo cookies (about 12)
- 2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, do not use whipped topping
Directions
- In a large bowl beat egg yolks; stir in lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix in cookies and whipped cream. Pour in aluminum foil lined pan or possibly a 2 qt container. Cover; freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
