Homemade Egg Substitute For 6 Eggs
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Carnation nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 x egg whites
Directions
- In a small bowl mix powdered lowfat milk and oil to a crumbly paste. Add in egg whites, one at a time, beating till smooth.
- This recipe yields equivalent of 6 whole Large eggs.
- Description: "Try this when you need 6 Large eggs, but do not want all the yolks. Egg substitutes are successful in baked goods, omelets and in pastry making."
