Homebaked Orange Cake
- 1 large orange (boiled)
- 185 grams melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cater sugar
- 1.5 cups self raising flour
- Boil orange in water for 5 minutes to heighten the orange flavor
- Chop and puree the whole orange in a food processor.
- Add the butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and lined 18cm cake pan.
- Bake in a moderate oven for approx 50 minutes.
