    THIS IS A ICE CREAM THAT IS VERY SMOOTH SWEET AND IF YOU HAVE LEFT OVER YOU CAN FREEZE IT AND IT WILL NOT GET HARD.YOU CAN GET A SPOON FULL, YOU WLL WANT TO TAKE YOUR TIME ENJOYING IT.

    Ingredients

    • 3 EGGS
    • 1 BOX OF INSTANT PUDDING WHAT EVER FLAVOR YOU WANT.
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • ROOM TEMP PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE 8 0Z.
    • 2 CUPS OF MILK
    • EAGLE BRAND IF YOU WANT IT SWEETER
    • 2 TSP VANILLA
    • MILK TO TOP OFF THE 1/2 GAL. MIXTURE

    Directions

    1. ADD YOUR EGGS TO A BOWL,PUDDING,SUGAR,CREAM CHEESE,VANILLA,MILK AND MIX. THE CREAM CHEESE WILL MAKE IT THICK AND CREAMY, THE CHEESE NEEDS TO BE VERY SOFT TO MIX, ADD MILK TO TOP OFF THE FREEZER IT TAKES ME 45 MIN TO MAKE IT ENJOY

            Yes, but the crean cheese makes it richer and if it is frozen the cheese will make it, real thick and soft.
