Holiday Brunch Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- 10 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 pt Cottage cheese, small curd
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 16 ounce Monterey Jack, shredded
- 2 c. Chilies, green, minced
- 1 lb Ham, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Heat butter. Chop ham. Beat Large eggs till light-lemon-colored.
- Add in flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake 40 min, till knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
