Holiday Angel Food Cake

For Easter, add in yellow food coloring to angel food batter before baking. For Christmas, add in green food coloring to angel food batter before baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
  • 8 ounce. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. vanilla pudding, cooked & cooled

Directions

  1. Drain crushed pineapple thoroughly and squeeze out any excess juices.
  2. Mix with Cool Whip and chilled vanilla pudding.
  3. Cut cake in half, horizontally and spread topping mix in middle of cake and all over top and sides of cake.
