Hokkien Mee (Malaysian Style Noodles)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Noodles
  • 2 ounce Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ounce Chicken
  • 2 ounce Pork
  • 4 ounce Beansprouts
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whl chilli
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken, pork and prawns into thin strips. Wash the beansprouts.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the garlic. Then add in the pork, the chicken and then the prawns, stir well and cook for a minute. Add in the noodles and stir fry, then add in salt and soy sauce.
  3. Just before transferring to a plate, add in the beansprouts. Garnish with sliced chilli and lemon juice.
