Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch, (1 oz) Dressing Recipe Mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 8 c. Torn lettuce
  • 2 c. Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 c. Minced green onions and water chestnuts
  • 1 c. Toasted almonds, optional

Directions

  1. Combine dressing mix with lowfat milk and mayonnaise. Mix well. Cover and chill. Refrigerate30 min to thicken. Stir in soy sauce. Toss with remaining ingredients; top with almonds, if you like.
  2. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
