Herb Garden Dressing
A Low Fat/Low Carb Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup (packed) watercress or arugula leaves
- 3/4 cup (or more to taste) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (packed) chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons (packed) chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon (packed) chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Blend all together until creamy and smooth.
- Keep refrigerated until needed.
- Thin with water as needed.
- For a thinner dressing without using water substitute ½ â ¾ cup buttermilk for the yogurt
