    A Low Fat/Low Carb Dressing

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup (packed) watercress or arugula leaves
    • 3/4 cup (or more to taste) plain nonfat yogurt
    • 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons (packed) chopped fresh dill
    • 2 tablespoons (packed) chopped fresh basil
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
    • 1 tablespoon (packed) chopped fresh tarragon
    • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp agave syrup
    • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

    Directions

    1. Blend all together until creamy and smooth.
    2. Keep refrigerated until needed.
    3. Thin with water as needed.
    4. For a thinner dressing without using water substitute ½ – ¾ cup buttermilk for the yogurt
