Herb Fish And Rice
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. warm chicken bouillon
- 1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
- 1/4 teaspoon each Durkee Italian seasoning and Durkee garlic pwdr
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Durkee French fried onions
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound unbreaded fish fillet, thawed if frzn
- Durkee paprika (optional)
- 1/2 c. (2 ounce.) shredded cheese
Directions
- Bake, covered, for 20 to 25 min. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
