Hemp Seed Balls
Powerful little protein bombs. Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c ground flax seeds
- 1/2 c chia seeds
- 1 1/2 c hemp seeds
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 1/2 c organic honey
- 1 c raisins
Directions
- In food processor, combine first 7 ingredients. Slowly add almond butter and honey. Process until smooth (might have to stop machine and untangle the mixture). Pulse in raisins.
- Scoop out using tablespoon and use hands to roll into balls. Place on metal tray and refrigerate over night.
