    It calls for 5 and 1/2 cups bananas. I had to sign up for this blog just so I could try to contact someone to tell about this so it can hopefully be fixed. I will now delete my membership to this site. Thank you

    Ingredients

    • 5 1/2 cups bananas
    • for banana bread??? Thanks hiedi
    • 2 c flour
    • 1 c sugar
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • ½ tsp. baking soda
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • 1½ c coarsely chopped walnuts (I did not add walnuts)
    • 2 eggs
    • 5½ c mashed bananas (about bananas)
    • ¼ c sour cream
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 and stick (1/2 c) butter melted, brought to room temp.

    Directions

    1. Directions were not included in the original recipe as you can see when Heidi posted it to Get Cracking.
    2. Not sure I want to trust recipes from Heidi website/ blog now
