Heavenly Fruit Salad With Mango Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 med Mango peeled, seeded, cubed Or possibly 16 ounce canned or possibly jar mangoes Or possibly canned peaches, liquid removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 4 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 6 lrg Lettuce Leaves
  • 3 x Starfruit cut into 18 stars
  • 3 x Kiwi Fruit sliced
  • 6 x Pineapple spears, in juice
  • 12 x Strawberries sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Directions

  1. In blender container or possibly food processor bowl with metal blade, combine mango sauce ingredients; blend till smooth. If sauce is too thick to pour, add in water a spoonful at a time till sauce has the consistency of heavy cream. Pour into small serving pitcher; cover and chill till
  2. serving time.
  3. Place lettuce leaves on 6 individual salad plates. Arrange fruit over lettuce. Sprinkle each with 1 Tablespoons brown sugar. Cover with plastic wrap; chill till serving time. Serve salads with sauce (to be poured over fruit).
