Heath Bar Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
- 5 Heath bar candy bars
Directions
- Heath bars broken in pcs, (put in freezer, then lb. them with a rolling pin while still in wrappers).
- Cream together butter and sugar. Blend in vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, salt and stir into creamed mix. Add in broken Heath bars. Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass, greased and dipped in sugar. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 12-15 min.
