  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 quart. softened butter pecan ice cream
  • 1 lg. cold whip
  • 1 Heath bar (Hint: freeze heath bar before crushing, it crushes easier)


  1. Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch pan and add in crushed cookies. Place in freezer while mixing pudding lowfat milk and ice cream. Pour over cooled crust. Cover with cold whip. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bar and chill.
